About Me

Welcome to my About Me Page.

As you know, my name is Rosie Kinsella. I'm 20 years old and currently live in Southampton due to University commitments. I'm originally from a city called Chichester, but have lived in Horndean, just outside Waterlooville and Portsmouth.

I study Fashion Journalism. A lot of people assume I sit and write about shoes all day - but it's very much the opposite. My course covers a wide spectrum of sectors and subjects within Journalism and in Fashion, such as obviously writing, photography, digital journalism, PR, Business of Fashion, Ethical Fashion, Journalism Law, Fashion Film, and languages.

My path however finds me passionate about PR and Marketing. Two years in a row I have taken Lifestyle PR and Fashion PR as personal preferences on my course, as options. I am also a hopeful 2018 candidate for obtaining my MA in Luxury Brand Management which looks to explore specific areas within the luxury sector.

Previously, I have worked as a blogger at an internship for ChareeMagazine. I created content based on fashion and beauty - mainly review pieces.

Besides my academic venture, I am also currently a Sales Assistant for Hotel Chocolat. I've worked their on and off throughout living in Southampton due to University commitments.

Before Hotel Chocolat, I was a bartender at a restaurant back at home, Smith and Western. I worked their for around 3 years and was a bartender for a year and a half. Yes, I was a cowgirl bartender and yes, I did have the hat and neck tie to prove it.

My hobbies consist of reading, writing, blogging. I enjoy philanthropic and spiritual book reading, as well was watching sermons and discussions from business to Ted Talks. I also very much enjoy photography.
